Introduction
Established in 2007, Master’s Degree Program of Lifelong Learning and Human Resource Development Part Time Class is part of the College of Education. This program is planned and applied for by the Master Degree of Counseling Psychology and Human Resource Development (formerly the Institute of Adult and Continuing Education) ,who also responsible for its enrollment and operation after the approval of admission. The previous directors of this program respectively the Distinguished Professor Wu Minglie, Professor Lai Hongji, and Associate Professor Cai Yijun, as well as the executive directors of this program correspondingly Xiao Wanyong and Xia Rongwen Former Executive Director, and the current Executive Director Tsai Yijun, will jointly lead the continuance and development of this program, while promoting it as a driving force for lifeling learning to all people and a bridge for Human Resource Development. Also, allow Lifelong Learning and Human Resource Development to be the Academic Center in Central Taiwan, by making effort for the development of Domestic Lifelong Learning Society, and continue to cultivate the professionals of Lifelong Learning and Human Resource Development.

Vision
The curriculum of this program not only contains of professional theories, but also takes the pulse of social development and social needs into account the pulse of social development and social needs, so that graduate students can fully practice their professional knowledge after graduation.
In addition to continuing their studies, or engaging in public service and teaching positions, graduate students also have a wide range of job-seeking directions, including social education institutions, community colleges, university extension education and other administrative management education planning personnel, museum education promotion personnel, organizational learning planning and promotion personnel, enterprise and public sector human resources development personnel, multimedia/distance teaching planning and design personnel, lifelong learning counseling and consulting personnel and other full-time positions.
